Are these games Cyber Escape Rooms?

Not quite. Yes there are challenges to solve to progress towards the goal, but there's no real time pressure, though these workshops only take 30 to 40 minutes. They have been developed to integrate a lot of key learnings, and that's quite hard to do with escape rooms, where you often focus more on puzzles than the actual cyber safety messaging.
