Course Options
Web Safe Staff delivers multiple courses to build staff knowledge, change behaviours, and build a culture of awareness. All our courses are live and instructor-led. They are simple, with no jargon, no acronyms, plain English, and they focus on keeping people engaged and having fun.
Fundamentals
This is a comprehensive course that provides attendees with the knowledge they need to know to stay safe from cyber criminals, across a multitude of domains. It covers a large variety of topics, focuses heavily on personal impact, and provides simple rules to implement afterwards.
Links Masterclass
Let's face it - links are a massive problem! Cyber criminals use links because they can get people to websites to trick them or hack their device. And yet people are ill-equipped to deal with links. This course is hands-on, as we work through everything people need to know regarding whether to click on a link or not.
Cyber IQ Quiz
This is gamified training, where attendees work through a series of questions to showcase their cyber awareness knowledge, with 100 points on offer. This course is great as a yearly refresher, and also to assess current staff knowledge levels in detail.
Cyber Investigator Game
Staff take the role of a forensic cyber investigator, and work together to solve cyber challenges and ultimately uncover the truth about how a company was hacked. A lot of fun, with a lot of learnings!
Fake Invoice Game
Can you pretend to be a supplier, and fool a company to pay a fake invoice? In this game you dive into the mindset of a cyber criminal to truly understand how they research, impersonate and socially engineer.
Scam Buster
Staff work through a series of scams, and get points for how well they understand how the scams work. There is serious street cred on offer here as staff build their suspicion and knowledge.
Weekly Reminder Videos
We have a massive library of short, simple and to the point videos that cover all the topics in the Fundamentals training. They average 1 minute in length, and can be used at regular intervals to keep people informed and suspicious, or can be used when a particular threat is encountered to reinforce knowledge. They can even be used as the core of your cyber security awareness training. Find out more here.
